I don’t have a password, what should I do?
When you log in for the first time, please use the “ Forgot Password ” feature to set a new password.
Can I use my current email address?
Yes, if it is clearly assigned to your customer account. Please note that each email address can only be assigned to one customer account.
The following error message appears: “No account could be found with the specified login data?”
If you already have a customer account with an assigned email address, please use the “Forgot Password” feature. If you still experience problems, please contact the DIFOX team.
What happens to existing user accounts (subaccounts)?
The current user structure will not be automatically transferred. After the shop upgrade, You can create logins for additional users.
How can I create subaccounts and manage multiple users for my company?
You can create and manage additional users (subaccounts) yourself in your account information and settings at employees.
What will happen to my shopping cart and requisition lists?
As part of the transition to our new online store, all existing shopping carts and requisition lists will be deleted. Please save or make a note of any items you wish to purchase before May 19, 2026, so you can add them again later.
